Loved the basic nature of the place. It wasn't updated with the usual cookie cutter remodeling that the higher end places are all doing now. All was adequate, clean, and the price was
reasonable. Checkout was a breeze as it is off season. Location was great. Easy access to sights and services. Wish I could have stayed longer.

There was no breakfast offered, I wasn't aware of this until we arrived, however, looking back at the reservation email, it did mention that the breakfast could not be offered due to timeof year, I guess. I must have missed that detail when I received the reservation confirmation.!

Room reaked of Marijuana and broken iron - notified front desk - nothing done about it Uncomfortable couch and chair to sit in. Dirty floors in enterence of room and bathroom. Bath towels were like sandpaper when drying off. We stayed at a competitor two nights previously (in Holyoke, Massachusetts) and paid less for a far more superior suite.

He told me they were fully booked. When I asked him to explain he repeated fully booked and called the cops. This hotel should be removed from. Booking.com. This place way overbooks . Not safe. Code violations all over. Bed shot, shower head 5', no one used pool,no one. Balcony but not allowed to sit out there........across from adult video

The room was dirty, dingy, wet, moldy, not cleaned between tenants. The staff treated us like children when checking in and once they found out we were staying in one of their larger rooms they tried to back pedal and be extra nice.

Went to Hampton Beach for a concert.
Went to Hampton Beach for a concert. Unfortunately, the concert was cancelled and we didn't know until about 4 hours before the show. Went down to the beach and it was a zoo. It was the weekend of the sand sculpture contest so that have added to the people on the boardwalk.

The Hotel was supposed to be non-smoking.
The Hotel was supposed to be non-smoking. The lobby, hallway and room smelled so badly of smoke that my eyes started watering. There is no elevator to the second floor and the hot tub was not working. I was originally placed on second floor but told them I couldn't do steps because of hip surgery, which is why I was disappointed the hot tub wasn't working.. I went to the front desk to let them know I couldn't be in such a smoke scented environment and asked for a refund, They said my reservation was non-refundable. But given the smell of the "non-smoking" hotel I felt they should have provided me with a full refund. I ended up leaving with no refund from the hotel. Booking.com said they would give me half back, and tried to talk to the manager for me, but once again he said it was a non-refundable reservation. At least I got half my money back. If you don't like cigarette smoke, lugging you bags up a flight of steps and having the random dog pass by you in the (no pets allowed) lobby, I would not recommend this hotel.
The room smelled bad/overbearing scent that hit you in the face as soon as you walked in the door. It was so damp in there that our clothes were damp when we took them out of our suitcase to get dressed. Our feet got wet walking on the damp carpet. There was no elevator. When checking out I noticed a couple of trays of pastries. I asked if there was a breakfast area and was quickly told no. I would not recommend this hotel. $800 for 3 nights and we even went to Walmart to buy towels and washcloths that we were comfortable using.
We use the hotel because it's convenient to where we hold our event. Every year there seems to be a problem with the reservations. The pool area needs a complete renovation. The bottom of the pool look like it was covered in scum. Ever since the new owners took over the quality of this hotel has been going downhill. The only reason we went there this year is cuz our alternate location was already booked. If they don't do something soon to rectify the issues they will lose all the business and it will turn into a transient hotel
We needed to stay close to the highway and in proximity to some restaurants, and the hotel is located conveniently for that. There was plenty of parking. The front desk staff was cordial.
Having a complimentary coffee machine at all times was convenient.
The room was roomy enough. There was a desk and two chairs if I remember correctly.
The beds were all right. The bathroom had a large convenient counter.
Everything about the place was great....except for the pool. The pool was a big disappointment. It, unfortunately was one of the key factors in why we chose this hotel. Everything else was tip top but the pool was dirty and not very inviting. The hot tub had plywood and a couple of chairs over it.
The location is outstanding 👏 You are near everything! The coffee is free . They also have muffins for breakfast. The pool was open and my children had fun. Also, the staff did try to replace the hairdryer that I didn't have.
Did not like anything about the hotel it’s was such a horrible experience.. i only stood 5 minuets and left with my friend and our children from the disgustingness of the room as well as pool
